  1. README: Install with nix-env, not make 

    Instead of telling users to run `make install`, we show them the
underlying command directly.

  2. Remove Makefile 

    The `install` target is not used anymore, and the remaining two were
only for development purposes.

We'd rather remove the Makefile in order to reduce confusion for users.
