The link in https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/pubsub/howto-publish-subscribe, section Next Steps for Try the pub/sub tutorial is incorrect.

Link should be: https://github.com/dapr/quickstarts/tree/master/tutorials/pub-sub.

3. See error 404 page
