[PATCH] Create .nomedia file, that will prevent Android image gallery from showing random parts of webpages we've saved

Well, you have the patches in your repository and therefore, I can see them.

Currently, there is no other issue tracker.

I've made few more enhancements:
- Download target webpage for offline reading, using wget (only for armeabi 
architecture currently)
- Fetch correct feed icon, for feeds aggregated with feedburner.com service
- Multi-line title for feed entry, instead of marquee (this changed layout a 
bit, so you might want to skip this change)
- Minor fix to the viewFlipper showing not yet updated entry during animation

Great, thanks. I will not merge all of the changes however which I hope is no 
problem for you.

I want to name you as a contributor in the program and in the changelog (which 
is also shown in the play store changelog) w/o email address. Are you fine with 
this?
