Mpeg 2 TSMux

I believe there is still interest for a durable mpeg2 muxer. Ffmpeg is ok to combine video h.264 and audio aac into a ts stream however lacks the ability to properly mux multiple streams together without mashing PCR.
I'd like a way to add a teletext data to a MPTS which ffmpeg simply isn't able to.
