The 'int' interface does not specify logical shift right and its usage is useful only on values of limited size (e.g. 32 bit). Since Dart integers are of unlimited size, logical shift right can be applied only to positive integers, in which case it is identical to arithmetic shift right.

Neither the num nor the int interface implement the ">>>" operator (precisely because it doesn't make sense on infinite numbers).
I added the operator only for user-defined classes. If I'm the only one thinking that the operator is useful for non-corelib classes we can remove it.
