Choose between PSD or RMS measurements

At the beginning of the execution, just before launching the acquisition, the control software should ask wether calculations and results should be based on the Power Spectral Density (PSD) or on RMS value. The first case is meaningful with noise analysis, the latter with signals whose spectrum has energy concentrated in discrete lines.
