TypeInitializationException when sending alert email

I have a HTML email app with an instance pointed to an on-premise SMTP server. When I choose a log, select the instance under "Send to app", and hit send, I receive the following issue.

Try version 4.0.1-dev-00224 of the app. See datalust/seq-app-htmlemail#105 for details.

I have updated to 4.0.1-dev-00224, have restarted the service, and I am getting the same error as above:

@joedirt, please follow the thread linked by @liammclennan for continuing updates to this issue. I'm closing this as it's not relevant to the larger Seq app.
