If you add many forms (e.g., functional affixes) with the same gloss, then the partial matching will overload the db column size and None/NULL will be the value of morpheme_break_ids and morpheme_gloss_ids.

Discovered in the context of DAILP affix ingestion where aspectual suffixes have dozens of allomorphs for the same semantic unit, i.e., gloss.
