Country Reference Data is missing Kosovo

The Country Reference Data (https://datahub.io/core/country-list) is missing the country code XK for Kosovo.

The code XK is being used by the European Commission the IMF, and SWIFT, the CLDR, and other organizations as a temporary country code for Kosovo.

• https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XK_(user_assigned_code)

ISO affirms that no code beginning with "X" will ever be standardised as a country code. ("XK" for Kosovo is a unilateral "user assigned code" and not an ISO 3166 standard country code.) Consequently if/when Kosovo is recognised, this XK code will need to be replaced with one beginning with another letter.

It seems we have this issue mentioned in the dataset's repo as well: datasets/country-codes#66

I couldn't find Kosovo here - https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search which means country-list dataset wouldn't change..

Closing this as WONTFIX because country-list dataset is sourced from https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search which still doesn't include Kosovo. As soon as it is updated we can reflect the changes in the repo.
