Hi,

Thank you for reporting this.

Can you give some more information? Try this: open a terminal window and type
"clamtk" (no quotes). Then, see if anything comes up in the terminal window
and post it back here.

Thanks,
Dave M

Sorry for the delay: a death in the family.

This is what comes up: "Icon 'gtk-new' not present in theme at /usr/share/perl5 /ClamTk/GUI.pm line 260."

     I hope this helps.

Hi Jerry,

We cover that issue here:

https://code.google.com/p/clamtk/wiki/UpdateNotesWarning

Specifically:
----------
I'm using Kubuntu (or KDE), and ClamTk? won't start. There is an error message
"Icon 'gtk-new' not present"

That's because unlike Ubuntu, Kubuntu does not have all the "built-in" gnome
icons. This should fix the problem:

sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-full
----------

See if that helps - let me know if you have further questions.

Also, sorry to hear about your loss. Take all the time you need. :)

respectfully
Dave M

Your solution worked. Should be noted somewhere in the instructions.

     Thanks again.

Hi,

If you mean a logo icon, it should be under /usr/share/pixmaps (clamtk.png).
