Update dependencies, ensure runs on Java 8 & 11, do a release #16

  • Tidy up the Spring and Guava dependencies - they are now very out of date
  • Check on both Java 8 and Java 11 - ensure it runs on Java 11 which is very common now
  • Do a release.

Guava dependencies are updated now.
Builds OK on JDK16. Need to test functionality.
