Blood Altar _charges_ counter hides the fragile icon. #191

Charged Blood Altar without creature/building on top shows the charges counter exactly on top of the Fragile icon, hiding it.

It would be better to have them self rearranging.

Related: the charges counter can hide an activated ability icon/clickable.
