Move session duration dialog to a popup/modal following presentation start

it's silly that we hardcode the duration for the board/session before it starts. It prevents users from being able to account for any time entering talking points.

Have a modal form appear when the user starts the presentation. This would take a value in minutes representing the time they have to present everything. Submit starts pres.
