Paramiko 1.6.4 will sometimes fail to load your ssh key claiming that it
cannot find the key. This is a known issue with paramiko. The cause and a
workaround are documented here: https://launchpad.net/paramiko/+bug/80295

Paramiko 1.7 should contain a fix.
