Is this your first time opening an issue?

Describe the Feature

Currently dbt init prompts for the project name but get stuck on next step if no adapters is available.
Would be nice to early return before the first prompt suggesting to install any adapter in advance.

@ulisesojeda Thanks for opening the issue, and the PR to fix it! This makes sense to me, and it's definitely preferable to getting stuck on that step during dbt init.
