all_days, all_months, all_weeks, all_quarters...

we have these defined in every project that we create. let's make a single version of how to do this.

notes:

  • this will require a different implementation for different adapters. need to use the appropriate adapter pattern.
  • should include appropriate config...start date, end date, ref table if appropriate...
