bib sync: awesome-ocap, Knowledge Representation / Logic / Proof

awesome-ocap is a bit cumbersome to maintain.

It's largely a bibliography. My favority bibliography tools are:

• My Library | Zotero
• Library - Diigo

Zotero provides pretty much all the structure needed to produce the awesome-ocap README.

• add markup a la microformats to awesome-ocap README; see Transforming XHTML to LaTeX and BibTeX
• build transformation to a zotero import format such as BibTeX or CSL JSON
• import into My Zotero Library
• develop exporter back to markdown (yay! ~/Zotero/zotero.sqliite)
• github action to sync from Zotero (stretch goal)

Another bibliography to sync is perhaps:

• A Study of Linguistics: Representation and Exchange of Knowledge

• integrate KR html page into madmode git repo

• add markup a la microformats

• use transformation above to import into Zotero

• add "related" links (stretch goal)
