The NetCDF and ZARR xarray backends support storing data in optionally compressed chunks. Allow configuring that for the cube generation.

Inappropriate chunking is the most probable reason for currently bad runtime performance of time-series computations., see https://github.com/dcs4cop/xcube-server/issues/34.
