What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nothing to reproduce, this is a question about customization.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be an unlock account link on the users profile screen. 
When unlock is clicked the user would need to answer challenge questions to 
unlock the account successfully.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Windows 2012 R2

It doesn't look like the mailing list is updated very frequently. Are you 
talking about the this site?
