users are now able to uplaod mei and png files. Redirection to the editor is also functional but is currently hardcoded to load the same mei file.

Can now upload both the MEI and PNG files as a single upload and they are properly redirected to their appropriate folders. Hoping to refine the implementation by using more of the multer functionality.
