Curently, notes when moved horizontally just have their ULX attribute modified, but in the MEI file, if the move shifts position behind or after another element, it should be dynamically updated.

Can reorder within next highest MEI layer (ie neumes can be reordered within a syllable, syllable within staff elements, etc).

Resolves #11 with reordering on next MEI level. May need to change
behaviour later.

Write surface bounds so saved file can be properly rendered

Reorder on drag + other small issues
