find_previous_library_location()
I don't use Mac, so I am not going to implement this. But a pull request is welcome

FWIW, as of 30 APr 2024, this is not working on Mac OS arm64. Used .libPaths() so all is well.
updater::find_previous_library_location() ✖ Could not determine the last R version installed. ✖ Couldn't locate previous R version's package library.
Sorry, something went wrong.
Oh now I have a mac, so this should be easier to update!
