In trying to figure out why we can't seem to use TaskFlow with #15634, I've had a long back-and-forth with the developer of TaskFlow in taskflow/taskflow#575. We haven't come to a solution, but I thought I'd add the test case I've been using to clarify for myself (and, perhaps, others) what the core feature is that we need from a tasking library and that at the moment I cannot seem to figure out how to map onto TaskFlow.
This PR adds this test.
