🎩 What? Why?
Enable the possibility to provide links to a certain space in the homepage.
The PR allows admins and moderators to build urls like http://mydomain.com/#how_to_participate, in order to highlight any any page section in their communication. This PR does not add any icons or other visible element that would disrupt the page.
