Some images are being displayed TWICE

Bug
Some images are being displayed TWICE from the exact same location of a path; they are shown twice in the image list and also when I open an image and swipe to the next - the same image is also shown again. This looks like an error in the indexing!?

Expected behavior
Each image should only be shown ONCE

Why need logs files if this bugs only visual glitch like #1230 ?

logs only needed if app crashing or freezing afaik.
