Agreed. This is a more impactfully and informative quote. Could even link to the exact page (https://www.placeholder.vc/blog/2018/5/12/decred-investment-thesis)

Can consider creating a rotation of quotes there. That was the initial idea, though not implemented due to shortage of content. |
