Some votes not included while using the load test #272

When running the load test with a high number of votes/secondes or for long enough period, some casted votes are never included even if they are correctly added to the pool. An observation made about this is that the length of the pool is never larger than the number of nodes.

#345 and possibly #346 are more recent duplicates, I'll close this one and we'll continue over there
