Maintenance Release with Latest TOR Library

This is a version 2 maintenance release. It adds new blockchain checkpoint at Bitcoin blockchain (at our block 1322222), and adds more recent check points to make the blockchain more secure. It also fixes various small bugs.

Version 2.0.3 also upgrades the tor library to the latest version of 0.4.0.5 (6afe1b0).

For v2.0.3 release, the DV version is v2.0.3.0-62ae86d33 (DV) and non-DV version is v2.0.3.0-02fd6a7cb. Both windows qt files are registered with deeponion blockchain and you can verify your download with DV using owner address Dg9D3ZvXoLk6Ysw5SG8VVMiMDqXmWvEbjt.
