Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Metadata fields source, documentation, url, authors, vendors -> will become a map of annotations. During the jump from v0 to v1 Zarf will have a mechanism to auto migrate these fields. The only current in code use of these fields are to map to the oci annotations. This will stay intact
