When editing a ParticleFX component, it plays faster in the editor than in-game when having a monitor with >60 hz refresh rate.

When editing a ParticleFX component, it plays faster in the editor than in-game when having a monitor with >60 hz refresh rate.

Expected behavior (REQUIRED).
Particles speed shouldn't be bound to framerate and be the same in game and editor.

Version 1.3.1 (Newest)

Workaround (OPTIONAL):
Set monitor refresh rate to 60 hz, or limit the editor's fps in any other way.
