also it should be specified as the default browser

sh defold.sh

instead of

./Defold

defold.zip

it is possible that before that you will need to run

chmod +x defold.sh

interesting moment. I install Defold on my laptob with os Manjaro XFCE(on PC i use Manjaro KDE) and Defold work correctly. May be because on laptop vga intel hd

i tried to switchs MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE 2.1/3.1/4.6
i tried to GDK_DISPLAY=1 ./Defold and wrote this in config file vmargs = -Djdk.gtk.version=2,-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8,...
and i tried this LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 ./Defold
and i downgrade libffi to 7

nothing happens

may be Defold cant work with AMD integrated GPU?

Now I, probably, have already accurately checked everything that could be checked on my side. The problem is clearly in Defold

But there is one point that I forgot to point out. In a small window, Defold works fine, if you stretch or expand to full screen, then friezes begin.

I have a dual monitor system
1 - 1080x1920
2 - 2560x1440

however, everything else I use works fine (unity, godot, construct, gimp ...)

and, by the way, in ubuntu, as in manjaro, if you do not write -Djdk.gtk.version=2 to the config, then Defold writes errors to the log

Thank you for sharing a detailed report of your investigation. We need to spend some time here on our end researching this as well. It is clearly graphics driver related, especially since you say that it works better in a small window and worse in a large one.
