Isn't this included out of the box by naming the file when using "gist < file" ?

When you redirect a file to stdin like that the program has no idea of the file's name. And I also want to be able to set the name of a gist when it's not from a file -- I might want to gist output of a command, blah command | gist and name it.

After the merge youcan use -f foo to set the filename, and -d foo to set the description.
