Either create a new page or fill in the existing template with:

  • Rating (out of 5 stars? optional)
  • A truncated summary
  • Author? (Useful for books containing works by multiple authors. That requires a structural change though)

Merge completed_{terms,notes} fields on Book model
ea2fcee 
Replaced by the new field is_processed. The homepage has been revamped
to better communicate this, closing #15. Terms/notes are also prevented
from being added until the sections have been completed, closing #29.

The layout for sections has also been expanded into a one-column deal,
which is a necessary (probably) but insufficient condition for #20.
