Need a more visual, colourful indication of how many books I have yet to go through.

Also consider merging completed_notes and completed_terms once I've finished it for the initial batch of books, since ideally, it'll all be done in one go going forward.

Merge completed_{terms,notes} fields on Book model
ea2fcee 
Replaced by the new field is_processed. The homepage has been revamped
to better communicate this, closing #15. Terms/notes are also prevented
from being added until the sections have been completed, closing #29.

The layout for sections has also been expanded into a one-column deal,
which is a necessary (probably) but insufficient condition for #20.
