Old releases on m.devpi.net required?

This is a followup to #3101

You are using m.devpi.net for deltachat Python binding releases at https://m.devpi.net/dc/master/deltachat

The bindings are growing in size and especially in wheel count for each release. By now deltachat requires 33 GB on m.devpi.net.

If you don't need the old releases for backup, then it would be nice if they could be cleaned up.
