save-button has no effect

Can not reproduce, save-button works for me as expected in all windows: If the tournament is associated with a file, the progress is simply saved (that happens without feedback for the user), otherwise it opens a save-file-dialogue.
Please explain exactly what you did.

new tournament and then press save nothing happened neither in the program nor in the terminal (like exceptions)
