I was just wondering if this tweet: https://twitter.com/ameensol/status/1116078785286164480 violates our CoC - and after reading it seems it doesn't (IANAL) - but I think it should.

I would say that it would definitely violate it, if this happened in a DoD scenario (aka both being at ETHBerlin)
I think the community is in a weird place right now. Myself included, and we will need to be more flexible on this. But this particular case would - if happening in our DoD context
