CraftSim shows different base skill than base UI for goblin alchemist #30

Goblin alchemist currently showing 272 (105+167) base skill for frost flasks in WoW UI (Tepid Versatility for example). CraftSim says 277. Is the +5 from goblin racial maybe calculated wrong?

I think I read something about blizzard not correctly showing profession boni from racials, but I will look into that thx
