  • Change newexp-desi --flavor science to --flavor dark
  • Add --flavor options for
    • bgs (Bright Galaxy Survey only)
    • mws (Milky Way Survey only)
    • bright mix of BGS and MWS
  • Could be handy to also sub-divide the dark option for specific cases elg, lrg, qso so that if you are testing only one type of object, you don't have to simulate the others.

All cases should still include standard star and sky fibers included.
