How to Contribute

If you have a suggestion, bug report, or want to contribute code, follow these steps:

1. Fork the Repository:

   • Click the "Fork" button in the upper right corner of this repository.

2. Clone Your Fork:

   • Clone the repository to your local machine with git clone https://github.com/devfresher/express-file-wizardry.git.
   • Navigate to the project folder using cd express-file-wizardry.

3. Create a Branch:

   • Create a new branch for your contribution using git checkout -b feature/your-feature for features or bugfix/your-bugfix for bug fixes.

4. Make Changes:

   • Make your changes in the codebase. Ensure your code follows the existing style and conventions.

5. Test:

   • Test your changes to ensure they work as expected. Always write test and make sure all test passes

6. Commit Changes:

   • Commit your changes with a descriptive commit message: git commit -m "Add feature".
   • Please follow conventional commit messages if possible.

7. Push Changes:

   • Push your changes to your fork with git push origin feature/your-feature.

8. Create a Pull Request:

   • Open a pull request on the express-file-wizardry repository.
