Bug: Empty values commit in Gitops

We have faced an issue where devtron committed the null values in values.yaml file in the gitops. This behaviour was observed when we used the bulk deployment trigger.

👟 Reproduction steps

This is a rare case where we committed the null value in values.yaml in gitops. Using the bulk deployment trigger.

👍 Expected behavior

Deployment should work as expected.

Deployment get failed
