Enhancement:
I would like to see the attibute name and the attribute type for each element in the image.

Hi Dgis.

Everything I needed, I did in my branch, so it is fine for me.

This is, what I changed:

• I added the attribute name
• I reduced the distance between 2 boxes horizontally to get more attributes on one page.
• I moved the position of the cardinality as a consequence of the space reduction (last point)
• I printed the cardinality in every case (you did a filter for only 1:n ore 0:n)

Probably there are better ways to do this ... but at least it worked for me :-)

Perhaps the changes in my branch are an inspiration for you to improve things.

Of course all my changes should be optional.
