Webview is only for mobile and also troublesome. We need to find a replacement for this with the requirements of

Display formatted text
Have Text Selection callbacks
Be able to highlight text (search items should be highlighted -> change back color)
This can be the same as the first issue "1" for formatting.
Optional .. if we can arrange one click text selection callback this would be very useful (like tpp for dictionary lookups and surfing)
