RiMarkov.generate not following model across borders

A relatively large refactor will be required to make this work correctly, along with some kind of flag to toggle between requiring this behavior (throw if cannot complete generation) and allowing it to be optional (for smaller models).
Perhaps a 'strict' flag, disabled by default...
