- sort dependencies
- add reportlab (image_viewer: Saving image as PDF fails because of undeclared dependency #1388)
- remove cython (found out in CCTBX conda-forge/staged-recipes#10021 that this may not be required at all)
- hdf5-plugins now available for Windows (Enable Windows builds conda-forge/hdf5-external-filter-plugins-feedstock#4)
- update minimum version of procrunner (https://procrunner.readthedocs.io/en/v2.2.0/history.html)
