Maybe, we should keep the datasets (if not too large) in the git repository to have it in one place and ease setup of GERBIL. Moreover, we could clarify licensing by having them in a folder with their LICENSES

Add the gebril_data.zip to the git repo. Thus, we can delete the titan IP from the start script.
