为什么sds-client的模块上设置java 1.7的版本，但众所周知这个版本上有问题和一些类代码需要优化

之前设置1.7主要是考虑滴滴内部有些Java应用还使用的是1.7，不知道外面1.7的用户还有多少，不过可以考虑升级到1.8，你能提一个PR吗？
