Describe the Bug

Unchanged page form is not detected

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the page form
  2. Don't change anything
  3. Click on "Publish/Update"
  4. See message "Page was successfully updated"

Expected Behavior

Display message "No changes detected, but date refreshed"

Actual Behavior

Display message "Page was successfully updated"

Additional Information

Feb 28 08:44:49 DEBUG integreat_cms.cms.forms.pages.page_form - PageForm saved with changed data ['_ref_node_id']
