I'm struggling to understand why my image for mirror.json is not being rendered properly. All of the other cases are being rendered correctly. This is what is looks like right now. As you can see it only generates the lower half of the image and two faint hazy orbs above it. I'm assuming these 'orbs' are the light sources but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have any clue what might be going wrong?

hmmm it's hard to know! I'd start by removing objects from the scene and seeing what happens.

Okay so I took your suggestion and I after inspecting the json, I removed the black planes from the file. The seem to be related to the issue because after removing them from the scene, I was able to render this image, which I believe is identical to the reference image :

Careful, it's not quite the same. I bumped up the contrast in the reference output here. Take note in your initial image, the mystery plane seems to be casting a shadow. hmmm Did you unintentionally move one of the planes?

My mistake I wasn't clear before. I was trying to find out what the issue was. I removed all the black planes in the image and found that I was able to render the skull and reflection. It was not exactly the same, but it was a step up from what i had before
