optimize javascript code borrowed from wordpress

wordpress imposes heavy restriction on (iframe) embeds from non-trusted sites (all sites not whitelisted). wordpress sanboxes untrusted iframes and only allows script excecution. i copy & pasted all the js code that wordpress puts into their own embeds, which is a bit much, since we only need the messaging component, that checks the secret and initiates messaging with the parent page to allow top navigation links.
